This service is primarily designed for leadership teams, however any team of 3-10 members that has undergone a transition and wants to be set up to scale can benefit just as well.

We limit team participation to 10 team members to ensure that team workshops drive a high-level of impact for each participant.
For teams larger than 10, we are happy to arrange multiple workshop series at a package rate.
The whole package (assessment, debriefs, and workshop) typically take one month from kickoff to completion.
Each individual 1-1 session is one hour. Workshop length varies based on the focus, but is typically 2-4 hours and can be broken up into multiple sessions.
As of 2025, the rate for the Assessment, 1-1 Debriefs, and Team Workshop is $9,050 USD. Package rates are available for teams larger than 10 members.
